A Strong Start for 2022

January started our year off strong as we set pace for 2022. EnergeiaWorks closed out the second best month of production in company history and February is looking to be on par. We also had an increased demand for our service in January as we had a better-than-average number of outbound proposals for new customers. While it seems that some of the solar industry's challenges in the supply chain may be resolved this year, I don't believe the strain for talent acquisition will be relieved. We will continue to see increased costs for labor across the renewable energy industry for at least the next 12 months.
Are trade shows back for good?
There are not many success stories over the last two years on the trade show and conference circuit. Just getting attendees to gather safely has seemed nearly impossible for some events. Alas, it happened. Intersolar North America (combined with Energy Storage North America) successfully convened 4,500 solar and energy storage professionals in Long Beach, CA this month. Victoria Waye represented EnergeiaWorks this year; see what she had to say below. Will events continue in 2022? I hope so! And our industry needs it. I'll be traveling to Boston next month for the newly branded RE+ Northeast and I'm excited to host a networking event and give a roundtable talk about the demand for talent in our industry - two fun parts of my job that I haven't been able to do in two years!
