The Development Analyst will be responsible for working closely with the sales team, analyzing company data and financial modelling to develop sales proposals as well as manage other operations and reporting surrounding project development updates upon customer approval. These projects will include commercial and industrial scale ground mount and rooftop development.

Responsible for working closely with the sales team to understand customers financial needs, utilizing financial modelling as well as integration of solar programs in applicable markets for the development of sales proposals.
A strong familiarity power purchase agreements, operating leases, PACE and other forms of financing.
Co-ordination of approved projects with procurement, project management, and engineering both internal and external.
Ability to track and report to the executive and solar team regarding updates on projects, as well as familiarizing with the companies CRM.
Have an entrepreneurial mindset with professionalism and the ability to learn quickly.
Perform other duties as required.
Experience developing commercial, industrial, or municipal solar projects ideally in the NE US.
Capable user of Helioscope (or similar estimating software)
Proven experience with project cost evaluations (Commercial Scale, 250KW+)
Strong understanding of financial terminology and solar financing.
Strong customer facing knowledge and background.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong skills surrounding Microsoft Suite and Excel.
Ability to work within tight time constraints.
Strong analytical skills
