Main Activities:
  • Project and administrative support for the Operations Team
  • Coordinate design and construction material preparation to support development opportunities
  • Project schedule and cost budget management
  • Administrative support
  • Project stakeholder reporting preparation
  • Coordinate invoices to ensure project compliance and management against budgetary milestones
  • Project milestone tracking and contract compliance
  • Regulatory compliance filing and tracking
  • Coordinate with Insurance/Risk to ensure compliance with all offtake/interconnection obligations
Minimum Requirements and Skills:
  • A record of academic and professional achievement, well developed communication skills, the ability to collaborate well with a small team, proven organizational acumen working on multiple projects, and a high level of motivation are vital in this role
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience in management of contracts, schedules, budgets
  • Detail oriented and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to continuously prioritize effectively
