Job Description
As a QA/QC Engineer, you will work closely with the product, service and R&D teams to ensure the quality and safety of our products and solutions. The ideal candidate should have detailed knowledge and experience with solar PV and energy storage technology. You will work in our lab facility analyzing field level data and RMA's, looking into root-causes to make recommendations to maximize quality and reliability of our product lines.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement QA/QC procedures for the organization's products
- Analyze field data to identify improvements for products or procedures
- Oversee aspects of quality assurance and quality control for the organization's products: including planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Coordinate with manufacturing teams and suppliers to ensure quality of materials and services
- Prepare and present detailed reports on QA/QC activities, findings, and recommendations
Skills/Qualifications
- Engineering degree required or equivalent experience/training
- 3 or more years of engineering experience in the solar PV industry
- Knowledge of solar PV string inverters and related technology
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and technical
- Ability to manage and oversee multiple projects and/or programs concurrently
- Ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional, international teams
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
